Introducing Zoria Farms of California’s newly developed line of dried fruit purees and butters.

We are representing Zoria Farms, a major supplier of all styles of dried Apricots, Raisins and several other fruits grown on their farm.  All are available in bulk quantities

The new line, using selected fruits of about 28% moisture, are pureed with macerated  skins or produced as butters with skins filtered out.  They are 100% natural and offer many applications and flavor profiles.  Their line includes:
